How do you deal with conflicting customer feedback?

We’ve said it many times before – it’s important that you know what your customers want and need. Maybe your customers don’t want you to make a change you think will be great (like every time Instagram changes their algorithm). Maybe they can’t wait for you to improve something and are dying to let you know. However, sometimes one group of customers asks you to implement something that another group of customers doesn’t want. Now what?

What do you do when you get conflicting customer feedback?

One of our GoForth Experts, Rob Campbell, has the answer. If you’re getting feedback from your customers that’s conflicting, you might want to check out what he suggests in our Ask an Expert section. Let us know what you think, or how you managed conflicting feedback from your customers.
